Whether you are a first-time driver with minimal or no experience behind the wheel, or a seasoned veteran who needs a CDL refresher, HMTT has a driver training program to help you meet your professional goals. Class start dates vary depending on your specific program. However, most programs begin on a weekly basis throughout the year.
Program length can range from 15 to 460 Program Hours, based on your specific course of study. We also offer customized and one-on-one training programs to create the best schedule for you. Click here to learn more about the programs offered at each of our campus locations.
Tuition & Registration costs vary by program. Tuition does not include textbooks, material fees or registration fees. Tuition and fees must be paid in advance of program start date. Your costs will also vary depending on your qualifications for any types of financial assistance. Contact an Admissions Representative to schedule an interview so we can give you an accurate answer on tuition costs and tuition assistance options available to you.
Yes, HMTT offers tuition assistance (financial aid) to those who qualify. Our staff will work with you to determine your eligibility, and then help you apply for financial aid. Yes! We do offer job placement assistance for all students that are in good standing with the school. Our Pre-Hire program is also available to students. Find a job even before you graduate by attending a recruiter presentation.
Yes! With our Pre-Hire program, you can land a job with a national or local trucking company before you even graduate. Companies regularly visit our school to speak with current students about the available truck driver employment opportunities. See who is visiting this week on our recruiter event calendar!
Heavy Metal Truck Training does not currently offer on-campus housing.
