HMTT requires agency clients to have at least 3 pre-hire job offers before starting their training. This ensures agencies that their clients DO have jobs to go to after graduation. Additionally, HMTT requires agency clients to sign a Report to Work Agreement. Of course, agencies can waive these requirements if desired.
